Just wanted to pass along some info…
I was talking with our logistics guy and he said as far as communication with back home we will have internet cafes to check and send emails. You will need to purchase your own internet time so come prepared with about $25 for that purpose. (It might cost about $5 for about a half hour) It is a bit expensive and we will probably only have access to internet about once a week. Also, you will not be able to make phone calls home. So please inform your parents and friends that your internet usage will not be frequent.
(Also, internet there is not the same as it is here. To even go on facebook will be a challenge with all the info and pictures it has to load so it might be good to inform people you will be a bit out of touch :))
