Hey y’all! I’m Elizabeth (but more commonly known as Lizzie), and I am uber excited about going on this trip with you guys! (Wow, did you just notice that? I said y’all in my first sentence and you guys in my second sentence). I’ve grown up in a Christian home, but I started having a real relationship with Christ about three years ago. Though I don’t think foreign missions is the main calling on my life, my heart desire is to serve the Lord wherever he leads me, and I believe he has plans for me both at home and away, and I KNOW he wants me in Swaziland with you guys next summer.
So how about some random facts about me?
I live in North Carolina
I’m homeschooled, and I enjoy it!
My favorite colors are blue and green- I think.
I turn sixteen ten days before the trip
I like most kinds of music, as long as it’s not opera or classical
I LOVE chocolate and steak… just not together
I’m pretty shy, but once you get to know me I never stop talking
This past summer I went with AIM to Guatemala along with Emily Culmer
If I see a bug in the house I take it outside… but I kill spiders!
I love hanging out with my friends
