Not much longer before we meet! Are you all getting pumped? 🙂
This post is about VBS supplies we will need to bring. We will be doing a VBS for 50-100 kids on Sunday mornings. It will be a bit difficult to know exactly what we want until we get together in person to plan. But I think we could come up with some basic supplies to bring.
First order of business. We need at least 5 people to volunteer to bring a duffel or second suitcase so we can pack extra VBS supplies. Who would be willing to do that?
Secondly, we need everyone on the team to commit to bring something from this list. Go ahead and claim what you want so everyone will know and we don't have too many things brought of the same thing. But also know you don't have to bring everything in that category. For instance, if you only can bring 2 boxes of crayons just state that. The amounts are just suggestions but the more we can bring the better. We can just leave things there for their future use!
If you have any other ideas or have already bought something please post that here as well.
Here is what we need:
5-10 large boxes of crayons
5-10 coloring books
5-10 packets of construction paper
8 bottles of glue (not sticks)
5 spools of colorful yarn
20 kids scissors
Packets of wet wipes/ hand sanitizer
5 packets of stickers
1 packet of permanent markers
These are the items requested by our host, but we can also be creative with what we want to bring as well. Please post here what you would be able to bring. Thanks!!
